Hey Bigger Pockets family! I am Colandra and I am back to gain all the knowledge I can about real estate investing and development. I had to leave for a while to get some things in my life in order, but now I am ready to pursue this passion of real estate and better my community! Any advice is welcomed for a newbie starting off.
