New member from rural New Mexico
I own a rental house here in the small hot springs town of Truth or Consequences as well as taking care of a 4-plex of nice apartments across from the golf course. I am also a Wedding Officiant and own an online retail store specializing in New Mexico-made goods. I enjoy traveling, including tent camping (glamping) along with more luxurious trips without the dog. Spent over two dozen years in the small central coast town of Cambria, CA before moving to the dryer desert for health reasons. Now my only son, who lives in Las Vegas with his wife and daughter (my first grandbaby!) has just purchased his first rental house and is looking at the best partial flooring replacement for old carpets.
