Real Estate Investing Job?

Hi !

I'm 21 years old and new here to BiggerPockets and also new to Real Estate Investing. I want to use Real Estate as an avenue in building wealth ! I know its not always easy or get rich quick scheme. I have one question, I really do dream of one day being on of the top 1% Real Estate Investors in the country. I only see myself there if I outwork everyone and if I am constantly surrounded by people in the same field. I know that often hours put in helps those chances. But I have a 9-5 that wastes so much of my time. I want to start either entry level or any position that can surround me with Real Estate Investors and/or like minded people. What would be a 'Real Estate Job' that I could apply for ? I know people sometimes work as Real Estate Agents, but I have heard that Agents often never invest and have very little investing knowledge. In your opinion, what 9-5 can I have to help achieve my goals ?

Hello and welcome.  It will probably help you to have I license but I would try to be a real estate investor  assistant.  That will let you earn and learn while you are there.  I am 59 years old and am from Dallas Texas.
