Hey all,
I've been sneaking around BP for a couple months now and it's incredible how much you can learn. I'm Antonio, 27 year old with background of accounting that's a little obsessed with REI. I love the podcasts and forums and wanted to introduce myself to the awesome community.
My Goal is to build a portfolio of rental properties. I'm currently waiting to close on my first property (townhouse)! It's exciting but understand there's still much to learn. Because of how expensive our area is to buy and hold, I'm currently interested in the Fredericksburg & Richmond area. Looking forward to connecting with fellow like-minded members and paying it forward in the future!
