I've wanted to invest in real estate rentals for years, though no real means to make it happen.

Now's the time... 

I believe rentals would be a good start, I'm not close minded where I wouldn't entertain other real estate ventures/opportunities, though what do I know, I'm "green"

Hoping BiggerPockets can assist in my education and lessen further procrastination...
