Hey guys!

My name is Josh and I am very excited about joining this site. I am very new to real estate investing but I want to get my first house as a multifamily within a year. I'm working on my credit and my savings to get prepared but I would appreciate any words of wisdom from more experience real estate investors. Thanks guys and I look forward to hearing from you!
