I AM MID 20'S JUST OUT OF COLLEGE AND LOOKING TO CREATE PASSIVE INCOME. I AM READING AND WATCHING VIDEOS AND PROPERTY INVESTMENTS BUT FEEL I NEED MENTORING. IT'S THE FEELING LIKE YOUR IN A BIG SCHOOL AND CAN'T FIND YOUR 1ST CLASS. ANY TIPS OR DIRECTION?
