New member from Scottsdale, AZ.
I am new to REI. Have some training. Have not done a deal yet but have been using social media for connections with other investors. I am focusing, initially, on wholesaling. It seems very competitive here. I have connections with 5 real estate agents that are investor friendly. I am doing this part time to start. It would be great to build a relationship with someone that could be a mentor. I am driven but often find myself in the " what is the next step mode". Any advice and guidance would be appreciated.
