Hi All,

My name is Lance and I live in Newton, MA (just outside Boston).

I'm interested in getting into real estate investing as a way to help increase my assets and generate additional income.  We recently purchased a condo and between the mortgage and our student loan debt we need to generate additional income.  We almost took the leap a few years ago, but fear held us back.

I am a manufacturing supervisor at a Biotech company in the area.  I work Subday to Wednesday and would like to use my days off to work the investment(s).

I'm currently trying to build up my knowledge while I save money to invest. My initial thought is to invest in a multi-family property, but I'm also intrigued with commercial and vacation rentals.  I'd like to invest in something close to Newton, but the cost of property in this area is challenging.

Looking forward to contributing to the forum and learning.

Thanks,

Lance
