Hi everyone!
I am about to turn 30, with a goal of being financially free by the time I'm 40. About 2 years ago I began to get tired of "the rat race" and began reading and researching about real estate investing. Over the past two years I've been laying out my roadmap to my goal and began executing this year. My wife and I closed on our first rental property (4 unit) in June 2015 and are about to close on property #2, which is a townhouse. Love the BP podcast, and I figured I am long overdue to start getting involved in the forums.

There are real estate investor meetings in Camp Hill, Harrisburg, York and Lancaster, if you haven't already you should attend one or more. I've been to all, and have spoken at all of them. Its a great opportunity to meet other investors and learn what they are doing.
