Hello all,

I'm just starting to get into real estate investing.  I just bought my first brand new construction home (for me to live in, not an "investment").  Now I want to buy an investment property.  I'm a handy guy who has experience with painting, electrical, plumbing and general construction.  I'm not looking to get rich, but I'd like to eventually make my living with investment properties or flipping houses.  I'm looking forward to learning from everyone here.
