My name is Mark Rivera. I'm new to the real estate game but I can already tell that this is something I can see myself doing for a long time. A week after reading multi-family millions I was scouting property and and trying to analyse deals like the pros. I like the thrill of the hunt for a good deal and the excitement I get when trying to read the market for areas on the rise. However, I'm green and I know it but I look forward to growing as I venture upon this new endeavor. And also hope to teach as much as I learn.
