Hello everyone,  my name is Clay. I live in the Baltimore area currently. I found bigger pockets a few days ago and I've been on it almost non-stop since. Real Estate investing is so flippin' fun! I think I may have finally found my niche in the business world. I have yet to close on my first deal. For the past few months I've been searching and soaking up as much knowledge as possible. Currently, my intentions are purchase a small multi family unit rental property for my first property and house hack it, but I am also interested in rehab long term holdings/ flips.

I joined bigger pockets to network for partners, private investors, mentors, and improve visibility and potential in this crazy business.
