I'm a beginner in real estate investment, with one rental property that was our home before we purchased the residence we are in now. Current plans are to purchase and move again in 12-18 months. Looking to learn more to help assess whether to pursue deeper understanding and involvement in real estate investing with an eye on building rental cash flow over the next 10-15 years.
