My name is Kyle. My wife, Joy, and I are brand newbies. We are currently getting some training from some experienced investors and are finding out how much we don't know. We have viewed some of the BiggerPocket podcasts and hope to view them all.
We are interested in eventually purchasing properties with cash, turning them into rentals and refinancing them for passive positive cash flow. We will start out wholesaling until we have more cash on hand to work with.
We now need to get a cash buyers list so that we have investors that we can take contracts to. Alaska is a unique and beautiful place and opportunities abound.
