Hello everyone!

I'm grateful to have found the Bigger Pockets website and community. My full-time occupation is a club DJ on the weekends; throughout the week, I have plenty of time to learn and begin real-estate investing. At this point, I'm at the "slightly below" novice level, but am enjoying my REI education. I look forward to networking and meeting more like-minded people here. Have a great day! Sam
