I have been lurking on the site for a few months now and decided to come out and introduce myself. I am just starting into a career in real estate working as a loan officer in Denver, CO. I am new to the industry, so I am hoping to learn a little about how I can help investors further their real estate portfolio and what qualities investors are looking for when choosing a lender.
