Bigger Pockets, thanks for creating such an amazing resource for people like me moving towards getting into Real Estate Investing.
I moved to Melbourne, Florida a year ago to marry my now wife who is a commercial realtor.
I've spent the last 10yrs involved in Real Estate one way or another but now looking to step my game up and take it a lot more seriously.
Any tips that you have for a newbie trying to break in to the Real Estate investing would be more than appreciated.
