The New Guy from Michigan
My name is Michael and I am rather new to the real estate investment world. I joined simply because as many books as I have read about real estate investment, it cannot be a substitute to having someone to chat with and "mentor" with so to speak. To me real estate investing is not only a tool to achieve something greater in life but also to prove to yourself your own ability to be self made. I stumbled on this site and liked what I saw in regards to information and resources. I hope to meet some new people and maybe one day make investment more than just a pipe dream.

Welcome from West Michigan. Those are great goals and definitely achievable in the Grand Rapids market. It took me 3 years to feel comfortable with my wife being a full time stay at home mom. This month we achieved that!!
