Newbie from Atlanta!
Hi everyone!
I am Yasmeen. I am 28 years old. I recently finished up a 7 year enlisted in army. Now I'm an IT specialist working for the government. My background is strictly IT and I have absolutely no knowledge in real estate but I am learning as we speak. Right now I am not sure exactly where I want to take this in the future but I am currently interested in flipping houses. I own a 3b/2b in North Carolina (where I am from originally) and I hope to sell it within the next 12 months. I am not aggressive in the industry AT ALL because I want to try to avoid as many mistakes as possible. Right now I am renting the property to gain some experience. I have attended a few real estate seminars on flipping houses but I never get anything out of them. I am hoping to find some good information on this site and possibly some new contacts. I look forward to meeting everyone!
