I am Jenifer, I am new to real estate. I have always been around it due to my mother having properties through out Louisville but never thought of making a career for myself. I attend WKU for business management and also getting my associates degree in Real Estate.

Hi, I just moved to Louisville from Denver CO. Looking for a partner to develop some multi-family units out here. Rental yields are great, trying to find the right mix or risk/reward.
