New member in the central Arkansas area
Hi! My name is Hillary and I've recently become aware of/interested in real estate investing. I'm pretty new to the game but my father used to sell real estate several years ago and he was involved in flipping a few foreclosures before the market crashed so a few of the concepts are not unknown to me. I'm interested in wholesaling, flipping, buy and hold-just about anything. I've been listening to the podcasts and reading some of the blog posts and wow! This place seems great! Any advice about starting out would be much appreciated!
