Hey Thomas! So nice to hear your story, and it sounds somewhat similar to mine. My husband and I have a triplex in the north side under contract and this will be our first true investment. We have done one live in flip and are currently in our second now. I'm 29, and hubby is 31 too and assistant hvac manager at a local mechanical company.
