would like to know more on finding private lenders
Have always loved real estate , been to two different schools to be licensed ,one in Georgia where i was licensed for a very short period of time ,one in Kentucky where all i had to to is take the test, however , i was getting in to building and selling at the time and it just took over and 20 yrs. later I never looked back . Have owned several rental properties down through the yrs. duplexes ,quads ,and single family homes : would like to meet up with some people interested in the same , possibly a partner or two for some investment projects .
