Hi Folks - My name is Andrew Eggimann and I live and work in the Minneapolis metro. For a few months I've been educating myself about real estate investing. Along the way I found Bigger Pockets. The podcast and lots of books have been my teachers and I'm working to complete a buy and hold business and operations plan by year end.

In the near term my goal is to acquire a property using this model by spring 2016. But along the way I also need to sell an existing rental which was our first home. Since we bought it in 2006 (top of the market bubble!) it doesn't cash flow and I'm ready to divest and move on. So if you're a real estate agent with experience in South Minneapolis give me a shout.

Thanks and take care.

Andrew
