Hi! I'm a lawyer-turned-law teacher who has always had a passion for real estate & Bigger Pockets is piquing that interest more! Over the years I have owned 3 homes that I fixed up and done well on. I am currently renting but dying to move out and buy again. A duplex would make a lot of sense for me, but right now I am just absorbing a lot of new lingo and ideas from this forum (just what I love to do!).
