Hello all, I am new to the site but have been reading heavily lately. I am planning to make the move away from a pretty good 9-5 job in IT Management to purchasing, redeveloping and reselling SFR's and later on, into long term rentals. I have been studying for years, as real estate has always interested me.

I am interested in chatting with people who have done, are doing, or are planning to do the same. I am building my network as it were.

The plan that I have worked out for financing, etc requires me to leave my current position and start this RE venture full time, so there is some hesitation, but I think with my heavily researched plan of attack, I am becoming more comfortable and excited about the idea.

Thanks for the community and the resource. If I can help anyone with anything, please do not hesitate to let me know.

- Chris
