20+ Year Investor Looking Forward to Sharing
Hi,
My name is Tim Taylor and I want to introduce myself to the community. I look forward to sharing and learning in the future from the Bigger Pockets family.
I have been investing for over 20 years and have personally owned over 200 single family homes and small apartment complexes. I have experienced the highs and lows of real estate investing, like many of you. I was fortunate to have enough success to retire after a few years of investing, but I felt unfulfilled, so started mentoring other investors. I have been mentoring for the last 8 years. Mentoring has been both financially and emotional rewarding, but I discovered that I missed getting my hands dirty, so over the last two years became active again as an investor, in addition to my mentoring.
