hi everyone!
Hope you're all enjoying your post turkey binge commatose. I'm relatively new to real estate. I'm looking to do a bit of everything: build up passive income and assets. I moved the family from So Cal to Las Vegas a year ago, hoping the lower cost of living would help in the long run. Now just need to buil up the portfolio. Looking forward to picking all your brains!
