Hi, my name is Paul. I signed up for this website to gain more knowledge about real estate investing as I am a young professional looking to figure out a way to have passive income later on in my life. I recently married my beautiful wife, Haley, and we are currently in an apartment with our 2 big dogs. We are looking to purchase a house soon and potentially renovate and hold until we can afford another house so that we can rent out the first one. I don't mind getting my hands dirty even though I don't have much experience with DIY work. I would love any advice people have as I have been thinking about this for over a year, but am not sure how to begin besides reading lots of things on websites like this.
