I'm new to BP and so very excited to join this community! I'm in Chicago, IL. Looking to learn and grow and succeed in the real estate investment industry.

Experience

I've had some real estate experience (was a re broker for many years, home owner, small rental property). Had some very disappointing hard knocks in my real estate endeavors, but I feel real estate is in my blood!

Real Estate Goals

I want a fresh start in real estate investing. I want to truly LEARN and grow. Right now, I am interested in sfh flipping and small apartments (6-20 units) to buy/hold. My goal is for real estate investments to be my primary revenue source.
