Hi everyone - I've been listening to the podcast for the last couple months and finally made my way onto the forums and figured I would introduce myself!

I'm Corey and I live in western PA, right near the OH border. I'm a CPA during the day, and I've always been very interested in real estate investing. My experience thus far in real estate is pretty limited - I purchased my first home soon after finishing school and rented rooms to a couple friends, so I've been a "roommate landlord" for a couple years. I'm ready to move to the next level and have been actively looking for multifamily properties, but I have been very cautious (sometimes to my detriment) moving forward. Properties in my city are unbelievably cheap, but vacancy is high and the area is not great (or "good"). Surrounding communities are better places to live, but that of course comes with a higher price tag, which makes me nervous.

Anyway, that's where I'm at right now. The podcasts and posts on the forums have been very valuable to me thus far and definitely steering me down the right path, and hopefully sooner rather than later I'll be scoring my first deal!
