Hey, Everybody.
I'm Jim Huckfeldt, a residential real estate investor/rehabber who is applying expertise developed through a successful career in marketing communications to real estate. I plan to help fund my rehab projects with money I've made in marketing communications, but also am looking for money lenders.
I'm relatively new to real estate and also recently became a licensed real estate agent in Central New Jersey, which facilitates identifying properties.
I'm looking forward to becoming an integral part of the community, contributing to its success and learning all that I can learn.
