New Member from Greenville, SC
Hello all,
I am an husband and father of two. I have just moved to Greenville, SC from Tennessee, where I have done all of my real estate investing. I have always had a passion for real estate, and have been a buy and hold investor for 10 years. I have 7 single family houses and 1 duplex. I would like to move into some fix and flips in the next year, but have some challenges I am hoping the group will be able to help with. I am having a hard time pulling equity out of my houses, despite the amount of equity built up. I'm looking forward to connecting with you all as a group, and am willing to help contribute any way I can.
