Hello! I am David. I am just starting out in the RE game. I am about half way to my RE license. I really just want to understand the process of RE sales. My goal is to purchase 5 SFH within 2 years and 5 more after that. Eventually, I may consider a MFH property.

I am interested in learning of unconventional loan sources and meeting potential partners.

I am looking forward to meeting people with similar interests and goals.
