Hi all, I'm new to the real estate investing world. I'm currently renting in Santa Ana, CA and looking to purchase my first real estate investment property within the next 6 months when my lease is up. I have a feeling Bigger Pockets will be a major resource in achieving this goal. 

I've been researching, reading books, listening to podcasts about REI for the past few months and am leaning towards a multi-family using an FHA/203K as my first investment.
