Newbie From North New Jersey
Hello Bigger Pockets! I'm a young guy from North NJ eager to get started in real estate investing. I see this as an excellent resource and am so motivated its like I just started a new job. My main goal is to this forum as a helping hand and secondly be able to learn enough to be able to handle deals on my own. Currently I'm involved in the stock market and am just not seeing the returns I hear from REI. I have an engineering background which I feel I can help to apply to use in the inevitable problem solving I'll need. Already I've began making Excel spreadsheets and getting organized with information I'm pulling and and building a list of questions. I hope that through this forum everyone can learn more about me and we can teach something to each other. :)
P.S. I just first started my interest in real estate over Thanksgiving...lets see where I am in 1, 3, 6, 12 months?
