I'm so excited I stumbled upon the bigger pockets forum. I was about to get suckered into spending 30K to get my real estate education, but after reading some posts on BP I decided against it. I feel with my determination and the info that is at my fingertips, I will be able to reach my goal of $10,000+ monthly income by April 8th 2020.
