Just a friendly Hello!
Just want to say hi to everybody! I'm new here obviously and I look forward to learning a lot from all of you. I've been a somewhat long time listener to the BiggerPockets podcast. I'm completely new to real estate though. I am an Electrician/HVAC Technician and have been for 9 years. I have a pretty good knowledge of what goes into rehabbing homes and the phases of said work, but I especially lack the skills on the business aspect. I do have a big interest in wholesaling homes and any and all advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks for having me and I look forward to meeting you guys!
