Hello everyone,

I am a new member to BP and am looking to learn about REI from the pros and experienced investors. Like many of us, I have been procrastinating to make a jump in real estate investing, but I am so ready now.

I currently have no experience in the REI and would like to learn about flipping houses, buying and holding and wholesaling. I am not sure what niche it's best for me so I would welcome any advice.
