Hello. My name is Gary Holt from Southwest Riverside County in Southern California. I obtained a Real Estate license in 1978 and became a Broker about 25 years ago. I worked as a Mortgage Broker for about 10 years and then sold REO's for the major banks for 7 or 8 years, all the while flipping a few properties a year and holding a few. I'm now 63 years young and working as an investor full time at my own pace. I'm still flipping a few houses but wish to get more involved with wholesaling and lease purchases.
