Hello!

I signed into Bigger Pockets tonight with the intent to start reading the "Ultimate Beginners Guide" and start building the courage to take the leap.

 Goals:

  • Make supplemental income to help pay for daycare.
  • Use income from investments to build a secure foundation for my families future.

Our family of four (soon to be five) lives on $2000 a month. I am not looking to make millions - would be nice - but even an extra $250 -$500 a month would have me sitting pretty.

Best of luck to us all on this adventure!

Ben

@Ben Teehee

Welcome to BP. You have some great goals and I hope they never drop out of your mind. Just remember doing deals is awesome! Making money is just a (big) side bonus. I have seen many people look at real estate investing and have given up shortly there after because they were all about getting money! And while that is cool. It's not a cool as putting in a lot of work, risk, time, money, and hope in a deal and then watch it take off better than you expected!

Keep going and never give up!
