Hey Everyone! (New Investor from Washington DC)
My name is Marcus and I'm from the Washington DC area. I am not new to Bigger Pockets, but I've recently decided to become active, as I believe there's a lot to be learned from the experienced members on this site. As far as real estate investing goes I plan to begin with wholesaling, then foray into fix and flips. I'll be taking a real estate licensing class next month to increase my overall knowledge of the business.
