Hello,
I've just recently been introduced to real estate investing and during my research I found Bigger Pockets. Wow what a great place to learn from everyone, not to mention the pod casts.
I have decided that I will be wholesaling for a while with the long term goal of buying and selling with owner financing. In other words earning income from the fast turn over and then holding for the long-term income.
I'm looking to build my buyers list.
