Hello all,

I am new to Real Estate but it has been on my mind for several years. I will start out wholesaling and if the perfect property comes along I may rehab it. My ultimate goal is to have several apt complexes providing me a steady stream of $$. I am in the insurance business by day so I will be wholesaling part-time eventually transitioning into RE full time. I am looking forward to gaining some knowledge from this site (Have already learned a ton).
