Greetings...just moved to the area after 29 years of military service.  I started flipping homes about 15 years ago and have about 15 flips under my belt and some rental properties as well.  Now that I'm retired, I plan to do this full time.  If I can do 1 flip per year while employed full time, I should be able to do 4-6 per year if real estate has my full attention.  Look forward to connecting and sharing any ideas.

Congratulations on retirement! That is amazing that you were able to flip so many while you were active! My husband is also active and we are buy and hold investors. Love being military members and investors!
