Hello everyone. Just found these forums a couple of days ago and I am really glad I did. Tons of helpful members.. I have long been interested in real estate and I am hoping to finally start pursuing that. I'm still not to the point where I am ready to jump in , but I hope to start really educating myself to get there faster (hopefully in18-24 months) and I think this site will really help.

There have been lots of gurus yakking about wholesaleing and very few are actually doing it successfully. Buying rentals on buy and hold is a failsafe way of creating wealth in the long run.
