Hey everybody,

I'm Jackson, I'm 24 years old and I live in Denver on and off.  I'm an avid world traveler, and I'm always working towards that next adventure whenever I'm back home.  I own a two bedroom condo in Capitol Hill in Denver in conjunction with my brother.  I rent out my room when I'm not around to feed my mortgage myself.  I'm currently back home and looking to 1) rent out my room and earn some cash flow, and 2) find another hot spot to invest in, and 3) find a lender who will lend to me (great credit score, have collateral land and cash, but no solid proof of income for last 2 years -- traveling).  If you have any tips on any of these topics, I'm all ears!!  Thanks for taking the time to read this, and grow those pockets!
