Can you correct a leaning house?

Hi All -

Long time reader, first time poster in Colorado.

I'm looking at a townhouse as a flip.  I have a structural report identifying some foundation issues in the basement, and an estimate to "stabilize" the issue.  What appears to be the next issue is that the house leans.  Previous owner had someone shim the floors so that the floors are level, but the walls have a noticeable lean.

So my question is: is it possible to get the house/walls square again?

Or should I run run run.

Thanks
