I'm a relatively new investor from southwest Charlotte, North Carolina.  I'm looking to network with other investors in Charlotte, Fort Mill, and Rock Hill areas.  I'm looking to start wholesaling properties to build my seed capital as I want to start doing fix and flips eventually.

I've been unable to attend any local clubs as I've had foot surgery recently and am unable to walk or drive for a while.  This has made networking difficult!

I've started sending lots of marketing letters to try to acquire properties, but not yielding results yet.  I've targeted out of state, absentee owners for my letters; unfortunately the people who are responding are looking for retail value on their properties.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
